We are looking for the Head of Human Resources
The Head of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving the successful integration of Midea and TEKA organizations and advancing overall people and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for embedding best-in-class HR practices across talent development, performance management, organizational design, culture, and HR operations , ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
Partner with leadership to design optimal organization structures and role clarity to support business continuity and efficiency.
Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth transition and engagement across all levels.
Facilitate Talent Review, Job Grade and Title calibration, and Succession Planning .
Performance Management
Lead the end-to-end Performance Management cycle – KPI setting, performance evaluation, calibration, and improvement plans.
