Human Resources Manager

We are a U.S.-based professional services company in a strong expansion phase, operating across multiple business lines and supporting clients primarily in the United States.
As part of our growth in Latin America, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR operations in Colombia, with a strong connection to U.S. standards, compliance, and business expectations.
This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong business partnering skills, and who is comfortable working in English on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
