Job Description

As HR Manager - Corporate Functions , you partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC) to execute HR strategies and support the achievement of business goals.

You act as the trusted HR contact for local line managers within your assigned corporate functions, ensuring professional HR process execution, advisory support, and alignment with global standards. In this role, you contribute to organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, and continuous improvement of people processes.

  • Act as the primary HR contact for middle management teams under the direction of the assigned HRBPs
  • Provide end-to-end HR process support across performance management, salary reviews, job gradings, long-term incentive plans, and talent management activities
