Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 45, Gurgaon. The responsibilities include overseeing all HR operations, developing, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with management to design employee programs, monitor performance management processes, and handle employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.
