Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to manufacturing and commercial teams
Coach and support line managers across performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and change management
Drive and manage fair, compliant recruitment and onboarding processes
Lead Employment Equity processes, including committee participation and statutory submissions
Ensure full compliance with labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHASA) and internal HR policies
Manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance improvement processes
Oversee HR governance, audits, and policy development
Support payroll review, benefits administration, and claims processing
Maintain accurate HR data and act as custodian of HR systems and performance management platforms
