**Position Summary**The **Human Resources Manager** reports to the Vice President of Human Resources, Payroll, & Facilities and is responsible for performing a variety of Human Resource professional tasks in the following functional areas: The **Human Resources Manager**, will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall HR functions.This position will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico with collaborative working relationship with Director of Call Center Operations.
