About the Role KLDiscovery is hiring a Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits design, governance, and operations for India, with regional support across APAC (Australia, Japan, China) and select EMEA markets (UK, Germany, Italy). This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope and visibility, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations. The successful candidate is an experienced Total Rewards practitioner who is equally comfortable with quantitative plan design (market pricing, leveling, incentive modeling) and operational execution (vendor management, annual cycles, statutory compliance partnership). You will be the in-region TR voice for India and the regional partner-of-choice for HR business partners and country leaders across your assigned countries.
