Job Title:
Corporate– Employee Experience, Engagement, Talent Management
Function: Human Resources
Reporting To: Head HR / CHRO
Location: HO / PAN India
Grade: Manager / Sr. Manager
Travel- Not very frequently but yes required as & when basis.
Preferably from a BFSI/NBFC industry, experience in managing bulk employee/ FOS engagement
Role Purpose:
To design and deliver a high-impact Employee Experience & Capability ecosystem by integrating Engagement, Talent Management— creating visible, outcome-driven people initiatives that improve culture, leadership strength, retention of critical talent, and HR credibility.

Own the end-to-end employee experience journey from onboarding to exit
