As our Human Resources Manager, your task includes internal HR management, external recruitment management and a strategic and advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Internal HR Management: Overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of the agency's own employees.
• Managing the agency's performance appraisal system, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Ensuring the agency's HR policies and procedures are compliant with labour laws.
• External Recruitment Management: Facilitating the hiring process by acting as an intermediary between client companies and candidates.
• Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and assisting with offer negotiations.
• Strategic and Advisory Role: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the agency's business goals.
