Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting business objectives through effective people management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
Manage employee disciplinary processes, investigations, and industrial relations matters.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
