Human Resources Manager - LATAM

We are scaling our team and strengthening the operational foundation that supports our people and growth. Velafi is scaling rapidly across LATAM with a remote & cross-cultural team. This role is key to ensure that people growth keeps pace with business growth — not just legally, but culturally and operationally. This is an IC role, yet need to lead and execute full spectrum HR end-to-end activities, including recruitment, payroll admin, on-boarding/off-boarding, benefits administration, vendor management, performance process support, and employee experience in a multi-cultural environment. This role can be based in Argentina as well.
