Key Accountabilities

1. 1. Develop and implement Organizational Development strategies in LatC&C, which allow the organization to strengthen the culture through our employees, with adherence to corporate values, competencies, code of ethics and Human Resources policies and in line with the Human Resources Management. Application and tropicalization of HR initiatives that come from the Group.
