Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resources Professional that will lead our HR team.
Responsibilities
- Implement HR processes utilizing the systems available to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Coach and train site management regarding HR processes and provide HR support in non-union and unionized environments and advise site management on HR issues, discipline, and other HR processes
- Streamline recruitment practices while being ‘hands‑on’ with the hiring process
- Support management in addressing and resolving personnel issues
