MMWEC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the administrative functions of its Human Resources Department, including recruiting, policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and Administer Human Resource Functions: Manage human resource activities, including the complete employee lifecycle, benefit and appraisal programs, and the bargaining unit agreement
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies, personal information and data breach laws; maintain records in accordance with established laws and procedures
+ Staffing and Recruiting: Manage and direct the process to evaluate and acquire staffing resources needed to meet the needs of the organization
