About the Job:
The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the President and will be responsible for leading and managing all core HR operations while driving strategic organizational development initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Design, lead, and implement organizational development interventions and initiatives.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend organizational structure improvements and manpower planning strategies.
Develop job evaluation frameworks and compensation and benefits structures.
Lead the design and implementation of the performance management system (KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, and analytics).
