Human Resources Manager

About the Job:

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the President and will be responsible for managing the various functional units of the Human Resources Department covering the areas of Recruitment, Selection and Hiring, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Organization Development, Training, Manpower Planning and Career Development, Performance Management System, and HR Information Systems.

What You'll Do:

• Oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR activities.
