We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership in people management, drive HR transformation, and partner with senior management to support our rapid expansion across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, industrial relations, training, and employee engagement across HQ, multiple outlets and companies under Nasken.
• Act as the strategic HR partner to senior management in supporting business growth, organizational restructuring, and manpower planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDCorp) across all business units.
