• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.
• Lead manpower planning to support business needs and organizational growth.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Establish, implement, and monitor KPI setting and performance management systems.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement.
