Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.
- Lead manpower planning to support business needs and organizational growth.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Establish, implement, and monitor KPI setting and performance management systems.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement.
- Manage compensation and rewards, including benchmarking against market standards to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and company culture.
