ABOUT THE COMPANY
Kinmo PW Corporation is a trading and distribution company based in Metro Manila. We are looking for a dependable and experienced HR & Logistics Support Manager to join our team and take ownership of our human resources function while providing coordination support for logistics-related activities.
JOB SUMMARY
You will handle all HR functions for a team of 20-50 employees, covering recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Approximately 20-30% of your time will also involve logistics coordination support, including delivery tracking, shipment documentation, and supplier follow-ups. You will report directly to the President/Owner (or General Manager, once onboarded).
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an SME environment where HR wears many hats.
