Key Responsibilities
People Operations and Compliance: Establish and manage HR processes that meet both Kaseya's global standards and Colombia's local labor requirements. From audits to documentation to recordkeeping, you'll be the operational lead ensuring we stay compliant, consistent, and ready to scale.
Go-To for Managers and Employees: Serve as the first point of contact for our Colombia-based employees and leaders — coaching managers on performance, morale, and development, and handling employee relations with sound judgment and discretion.
