Human Resources Manager

Role Purpose
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and processes across C4 Transport and XCMG Kenya. The role ensures effective talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and full compliance with Kenyan labor laws, with the objective of building a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions across both business units
Ensure timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates
Coordinate induction programs to support employee integration
Performance Measures:
Recruitment time-to-fill ≤30 days for non-managerial roles
100% onboarding completion rate
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
Support managers in setting objectives, conducting reviews...
