The company serves both local and international markets from their base just outside Nairobi. The administrative subsidiary is up and running and as part of renewed growth plans, the firm has identified an opportunity for an outstanding, strategic 'Human Resource Manager'.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This positions' key responsibilities are:
Ensure seventy-five percent or more of the staff achieve their set targets, remedial or reward actions are completed on time and redundant positions are closed each year.
Ensure an optimized organizational structure, right people in the right positions, a pipeline of suitable candidates for positions in the expansion plans. Manage headcount costs and turnover targets.
Promote a forward-looking company culture, ethics and compliance, enforce agreed-on actions against violations at all levels consistently.
