Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and long-term priorities.
• Conduct workforce planning, talent gap analysis, and succession planning.

2. Talent Management & Development

• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead performance management cycles, including 30/60/90 reviews.
• Design and implement training, leadership development, and career pathways.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Drive initiatives to enhance satisfaction, morale, and retention.
• Ensure KCAT values are embedded across teams and leadership.
• Facilitate feedback systems, surveys, and action planning.
