HR Manager – Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations & PDM
Strong background in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, and labor compliance
Proven track record in managing performance evaluation systems and development programs
HR Manager – Employee Engagement
Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs
Strong background in culture-building initiatives, employee communications, and engagement surveys
Ability to drive morale, employer branding, and organizational culture strategies
For both roles:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in multi-branch or fast-paced operations is an advantage
