1. Payroll Operations

• 24x7 Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for the manufacturing workforce operating on a 24x7 shift pattern, ensuring accuracy in shift differentials, night shift allowances, and split-shift logic.
• Time & Attendance Verification: Supervise the reconciliation of complex attendance data (biometrics/timesheets) against actual production schedules to validate overtime (OT), rest days, and public holiday work.
• Payroll Compliance: Ensure precise calculation and timely submission of statutory deductions (Social Insurance, PIT, Union fees) strictly adhering to manufacturing labor regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: Act as the escalation point for resolving complex payroll discrepancies related to shift work and allowances for factory employees.
