• Localize HQ HR strategy into Malaysia‑compliant policies covering employment terms, leave, discipline, termination, etc., aligned with Employment Act 1955 and other relevant laws.
• Independently draft, update, and roll out comprehensive HR SOPs—including onboarding/offboarding, attendance, performance review, disciplinary actions, and personnel file management.
• Establish a compliance audit mechanism to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Drive policy communication and training to ensure organization‑wide adoption.

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute annual hiring plans aligned with business needs.
