Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions for Industri-X including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Must be knowledgeable in visa processing.
• Must have experience working with expats and other ethnicity
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related concerns of Industri-X employees.
• Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and ISO framework during transition where required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
• Other related tasks maybe assigned by immediate head.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
