Human Resources Manager

• Oversees end-to-end recruitment, including job advertising, mass screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manages manpower deployment to client sites while monitoring employee performance and policy compliance.
• Handles employee concerns, prepares HR memoranda, and administers disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintains complete and confidential employee records in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Supports management in workforce planning and the enhancement of HR systems and procedures.

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
