Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions of our growing hospitality business. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Prepare and maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support management in performance evaluation and staff development
• Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
