What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & administrative management role, gained from reputable companies
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices and local labour laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• On site work in Quezon City
