Job Description

Our client, a Worldwide Real Estate Service Provider, is now seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their Global Service team which supports the clients among the region. 
This role will be responsible for recruiting and managing recruitment activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and provide recruitment plans for current and future hiring needs to the hiring managers.
Recruit the best sources in the market.
Develop the hiring process, policy & procedure with appropriate documentation.
Perform all round of talent acquisition activities and selection processes by working with business managers to support their needs and align with the internal guidelines.
Ensure smooth on/off boarding arrangements,operation and support, 
Work on contiguous improvement HR projects meeting the grow of the company in this region.
Build and support the talent database.
Manage the terms & conditions of the external recruitment...
