**Description:**

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division,assisting the Director of Human Resourceswith the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.

**Qualifications:**

Ideally with a university degree or diploma inHuman Resources Management/Development or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 1 yeas work experience as Human Resources Manager or 2 years work experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
