Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager based in Santiago, Chile.

This position will play a key leadership role in supporting the strategic people initiatives and daily operational human resources needs of the organization.
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner to executive leadership and key department managers;

- Coach managers on personnel issues, performance management, and organizational development;

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop HR solutions and recommendations aligned with business goals and objectives;

- Ensure compliance with all local employment and labor laws.

Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of HR best practices and strategic initiatives;
- Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities;
- Fluency in English.
