Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll, KPIs for company & appraisal, manpower budget, good in SLO, able to handle DI, Safety & health and administrative works.
• This role ensures effective HR policies, a positive workplace culture, and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
