Human Resources Manager - Cyber Assessment Centre

As the Manager (Cyber Assessment Centre), you are expected to oversee the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all test-takers. You are also expected to schedule, administer processes to ensure Centre's operational readiness and assessment effectiveness to meet organisation objective.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate, schedule and administer participants from different requesting agencies for the conduct of the Cyber Competency Selection Test.
• Ensure the operational readiness of the Assessment Centre
• Schedule and manage recurring maintenance for the IT systems of the assessment centre, and all supporting infrastructure, inclusive of Aircon and Building facilities.
