Job Description

JOB SUMMARY As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, employee relations, total compensation. Assist the Director of Human Resources in collaborating with Management Team in developing HR strategies and implementing various HR Solutions. He/she also will play a pivotal role in cultivating the Marriott Culture and an engaging workplace for all level of associate. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success as well as ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
