Job Description

                    Human Resources Manager
Midrand
Minimum requirements: BCom Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field. 
Minimum of 8–12 years' HR experience, with proven Administrative Competency and significant experience in a senior leadership role. 
Strategic leadership with strong commercial and business acumen. 
Expert knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR governance. 
Ability to influence, challenge, and partner at the executive and board level. 
Strong change management and organisational development capability. 
Strong Administrative Skills 
Expert Ethics Compliance Skills 
High levels of integrity, discretion, and ethical leadership. 
Analytical and data-driven approach to people strategy. 
Postgraduate qualification (Honours / Master's) is advantageous.
