Job Description The Position
Serve as a strategic HR partner and internal consultant to support business and people goals. Lead talent and organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement and growth. Oversee company-wide recruitment and talent acquisition programs. Talent & OD:Design and implement talent & OD programs (learning, leadership, engagement, culture).Localize and execute global initiatives (e.g., Our Behaviors, Employee Survey). HR Business Partnering:Partner with function heads to align HR solutions with business goals.Diagnose organizational issues and deliver tailored HR strategies. Talent Acquisition:Lead recruiting efforts (e.g., RPO, graduate & internship programs, employer branding).Monitor hiring trends and enhance TA strategies based on data insights.Liaise with regional/global TA teams for alignment on EVP initiatives.
