Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager - Business Partner
to join our team and provide strategic HR support across multiple sites:
Tanay (primary site), Taytay, and Tagoloan
. This role will focus on
Corporate Activities, Compensation & Benefits, CSR initiatives, Labor Relations, and Business Partnering
, with a strong emphasis on
union-related matters and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) administration
.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting three locations with diverse strategies and practices, and will play a key role in influencing business decisions through strong relationships and HR expertise.

Please note: This is an onsite role primarily based in Tanay, with regular visits to Taytay and Tagoloan. Candidates must be willing to work on-site full-time.
