Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a human resources professional to cover a maternity leave vacancy for a period of 3 months, with more than 5 years in Human Resources, with experience in handling payroll, taxes, government payments, unions and specific activities and responsibilities where solid experience in global Human Resources processes and confidential information management is required.

A generalist knowledge and approach with the versatility to focus on priorities and solve pressing issues is part of the role, important strength in bonding and creating strong relationships for work stability, partnership to develop the annual union strategy with the Plant Manager, as well as compliance with local regulations, ISO requirements and assurance of corporate standards are the core activities for the position, as well as on-site certification and recertification for technical competencies.
