Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Policy & Compliance (Core focus for all levels):
Review, improve, and draft HR policies, benefits, and frameworks for the Group and overseas subsidiaries.
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore labour laws (MOM, CPF, IRAS) and local regulations.
Prepare data and reports for Head Office.
Talent Management:
Drive recruitment activities for traineeship programmes.
(For Manager Level): Design career development pathways and succession planning.
(For Executive Level): Coordinate training schedules, track progress, and manage orientation/onboarding processes.
Strategic vs. Operational Scope:
Senior Level: Partner with VP/HQ on HR strategy, audits, and compensation structures.
Executive Level: Handle daily HR operations including probation reviews, appraisals, tax clearance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent (SG HR Degree/Diploma preferred).
