About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources / Training Officer to join the dynamic team at Greenika Enterprises' in North Fairview Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function and delivering training programmes to develop our people.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes
2. Partner with business leaders to understand their talent development needs
3. Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes to meet identified needs
