Human Resources Officer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects
Ensures timely and effective recruitment
Verifies and secures all pre-employment documents and employee records for legal compliance
Maintains and updates the manpower master list, headcount, and employment status
Ensures legal compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government updates
Creates and executes effective onboarding plans
Monitors training and development programs
Assists in performance management processes
Supports management in disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Ensures proper review of NTEs, DAs, and memos before issuance
Supervises HR and GA team members in daily operational activities
Handles government-mandated transactions/matters (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
Monitors attendance, tardiness, and absences of employees, including contractual
