Human Resources Officer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports
   the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects
• Ensures timely and effective recruitment
• Verifies and secures
   all pre-employment documents and employee records for legal compliance
• Maintains and updates
   the manpower master list, headcount, and employment status
• Ensures legal compliance
   with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government updates
• Creates and executes
   effective onboarding plans
• Monitors
  training and development programs
• Assists in performance management
   processes
• Supports management in disciplinary actions
   and grievance handling
• Ensures proper review
   of NTEs, DAs, and memos before issuance
• Supervises HR and GA team members
   in daily operational activities
• Handles government-mandated transactions/matters
   (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
