Human Resources Officer

Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. Accurate Pvt, Ltd (Digital Meters Manufacturing firm) is seeking a full-time on-site HR Officer to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory)
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support the performance management process through monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending necessary actions.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processes.
Address employee queries and concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
