Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and basic orientation of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files
• Help coordinate HR activities, trainings, and internal events
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to handle confidential matters professionally
• Willing to learn and able to work well with a team
