About the Role:
Anarkali Restaurant is urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in the restaurant/hospitality industry. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and support staff management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding of restaurant staff (FOH & BOH)
Maintaining employee records, attendance & leave management
Payroll support including overtime and duty rosters
Implementation of HR policies & labour law compliance
Handling employee relations, discipline & conflict resolution
Coordinating staff training and performance support
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years HR experience in restaurant/hospitality sector
