About the Role:

Anarkali Restaurant is urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer
with a strong background in the
restaurant/hospitality industry
. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and support staff management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding of restaurant staff (FOH & BOH)
• Maintaining employee records, attendance & leave management
• Payroll support including overtime and duty rosters
• Implementation of HR policies & labour law compliance
• Handling employee relations, discipline & conflict resolution
• Coordinating staff training and performance support
