**Position overview:**
As the Plant HR Lead, you are a key member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Regional HR Manager.You will contribute to the success of Ball by providing high-quality HR leadership and support to the Lummen plant, partnering closely with plant leadership to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve employee and organizational challenges.
