Role Overview

The HR / Operations Manager oversees human resources and daily operational functions, ensuring smooth internal operations, legal compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and discipline
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Oversee office operations, administrative processes, and internal controls
• Coordinate cross-departmental operations and resource allocation
• Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, and internal procedures
• Support senior management in operational and organizational matters

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
